Special Lecture by Maryanne O'Hara, The Human Cost

O'Hara will talk about the research she conducted and the reasons that she decided to fictionalize the setting. She will show brief video segments of former Swift River Valley residents talking about their memories, lead a discussion about the human costs and benefits of public works projects, and read from Cascade.
